Terms of Service
These terms apply between you and the provider named at the bottom of this page when you use the THROW ANYTHING website, browser game or Android app ("the Service").
1. Agreement
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is a casual throwing game that runs in a browser or as an Android app. It requires no account, and progress is kept on your device only.
3. Price
The Service is free of charge. There are no purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. If a paid feature is ever added, its price and conditions will be shown before any payment is taken.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to break the Service
- Copy, redistribute or sell the Service or its artwork, code or sounds without permission
- Use the Service in any way that breaks the law where you are
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, artwork, level design and sounds, belongs to the provider. Playing the game grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, and nothing more.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working on current browsers and devices, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the Service, including lost progress or scores stored on your device. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service or these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall to the court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure.
