THROW ANYTHING(이하 "본 게임")은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 식별 가능한 개인정보
• 계정 정보 (회원가입·로그인 기능이 없습니다)
• 결제 정보 (결제 기능이 없습니다)
• 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA) 및 광고 추적 정보 (광고가 없습니다)
• 위치정보, 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라
• 이용 분석(Analytics) 및 크래시 리포트

3. 기기 내부에만 저장되는 정보

최고 점수, 진행한 레벨, 소리 설정, 안내 표시 여부를 기기 저장영역에 저장합니다. 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 삭제로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자 제공이나 처리위탁이 없습니다. 외부 서버와 통신하지 않으며 분석·광고 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

연령 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 방침의 변경

기능 추가로 처리하는 정보가 달라질 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 본 문서에 기재하여 사전에 공지합니다.

제2조 (이용 요금)

본 게임은 무료로 제공됩니다. 현재 버전에는 결제, 인앱 구매, 광고가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

제3조 (계정)

회원가입 및 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 계정 없이 즉시 플레이할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

• 본 게임을 역설계·변조하여 타인에게 피해를 주는 행위를 하지 않습니다.
• 코드·그래픽·문서를 권리자의 허락 없이 상업적으로 재배포하지 않습니다.
• 관련 법령을 위반하는 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

제5조 (지식재산권)

본 게임의 코드, 그래픽 리소스, 문서에 대한 지식재산권은 제공자에게 있습니다.

제6조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

제공자는 게임의 내용·레벨·기능을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.

THROW ANYTHING ("the Game") is designed not to collect personal information.

2. Information we do not collect

• Account information (there is no sign-up or login)
• Payment information (there are no purchases)
• Advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) or ad tracking data (there are no ads)
• Location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
• Analytics or crash reports

3. Information stored only on your device

Your best score, the levels you have cleared, the sound setting and whether the one-time tips were shown are kept in your device storage. Nothing is sent anywhere, and clearing the site or app data removes it.

4. Sharing and processors

No personal information is collected, so nothing is shared with third parties. The Game makes no network calls to our servers and bundles no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

5. Children's privacy

The Game does not ask for age information and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If future features change what is processed, the change and its effective date will be published here in advance.
